  • Advance Cancellation: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour time to receive a full refund.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable.
  • Changes Within 24 Hours: No changes or modifications can be made within 24 hours of your scheduled tour.

2. Late Arrival Policy

  • Pick-Up Service: We offer free hotel pick-up for most tours. If you choose to arrive independently and fail to be on time, your booking may be considered a no-show and non-refundable.

3. No-Show Policy

  • No-Show Conditions: If you fail to arrive at the designated meeting point or hotel pickup location without prior notice, your booking will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable. This includes reasons such as oversleeping, missing transportation, or personal emergencies without notice.

4. Weather Dependency

  • Safety First: Our activities such as paramotoring and hot air ballooning depend heavily on weather conditions. If weather prevents us from operating safely, we will:
  • Attempt to reschedule your booking at no extra cost, or
  • Offer a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

5. Emergency Situations

  • Unexpected Events: If you experience emergencies such as illness or travel delays, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to reschedule your tour without extra charges.

6. Company Cancellation

  • Triptolaos-Initiated Cancellations: In rare cases, we may cancel your tour due to weather, equipment issues, or staff illness. If this happens, you will have the option to:
  • Reschedule to another date/time, or
  • Receive a full refund.

7. Refund Process

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be made via the original payment method, when possible. In some cases, bank transfer may be used.
  • Refund Timeline: Processing times may vary depending on the method of payment and your bank.

8. Policy Updates

  • Changes to This Policy: This cancellation policy is subject to change. We recommend reviewing the latest version before making your booking.
