1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email from Triptolaos.com.
Customers must provide accurate personal information during the booking process.
We require confirmation of booking at least 5 days in advance of your selected activity date.
2. Payment Terms
Payment can be made via cash at Airfield or by bank transfer as agreed upon during booking.
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice, though confirmed bookings will not be affected.
Prices are per person and are the same regardless of group size.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must arrive on time for hotel pick-up or at the specified meeting point.
Customers must follow all safety instructions provided by tour staff or instructors.
Appropriate clothing and footwear should be worn for all activities.
4. Health & Safety
Certain activities (such as paramotoring and hot air ballooning) have age, weight, and health restrictions.
Customers must notify us of any medical conditions or disabilities prior to booking.
Participation in adventure activities is at your own risk. Triptolaos.com is not liable for injuries unless caused by proven negligence.
5. Weather Conditions
All flight-related activities are weather-dependent. In the case of unsuitable conditions:

Offer a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
6. Cancellations & Refunds

7. Liability & Insurance
We work with licensed and insured operators. However, Triptolaos.com is not responsible for loss, injury, or damage during any activity.
Customers are encouraged to arrange personal travel or accident insurance before participating.
8. Media & Promotion
By participating in our tours, you grant Triptolaos.com permission to use any photos or videos taken during the activity for marketing purposes, unless you request otherwise.
9. Changes to Terms
Triptolaos.com reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
10. Complimentary Flight Video (Paramotor)
- Paramotor flights include a free video recorded with an Insta360 X6 camera. This video is a complimentary courtesy and is not part of the paid service.
- Footage cannot be guaranteed. If a technical failure results in no video or an unusable file, Triptolaos.com / SAOMANGKON TRAVEL accepts no responsibility, and no refund, discount, or compensation of the flight price will be given.
- Section 8 (Media & Promotion) applies to all footage.
