  • We require confirmation of booking at least 5 days in advance of your selected activity date.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment can be made via cash at your hotel or by bank transfer as agreed upon during booking.

  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice, though confirmed bookings will not be affected.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must arrive on time for hotel pick-up or at the specified meeting point.

  • Customers must follow all safety instructions provided by tour staff or instructors.

  • Appropriate clothing and footwear should be worn for all activities.

4. Health & Safety

  • Certain activities (such as paramotoring and hot air ballooning) have age, weight, and health restrictions.

  • Customers must notify us of any medical conditions or disabilities prior to booking.

  • Participation in adventure activities is at your own risk. Triptolaos.com is not liable for injuries unless caused by proven negligence.

5. Weather Conditions

  • All flight-related activities are weather-dependent. In the case of unsuitable conditions:

    • We will reschedule your activity or

    • Offer a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

7. Liability & Insurance

  • We work with licensed and insured operators. However, Triptolaos.com is not responsible for loss, injury, or damage during any activity.

  • Customers are encouraged to arrange personal travel or accident insurance before participating.

8. Media & Promotion

  • By participating in our tours, you grant Triptolaos.com permission to use any photos or videos taken during the activity for marketing purposes, unless you request otherwise.

9. Changes to Terms

  • Triptolaos.com reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
